This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from us, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.

If the item is being returned in its original condition for a refund and we have been notified within 7 days of receipt of the goods a full refund will be issued.

Items returned outside of the 7 day policy will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns should be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipment date sent by ourselves.

If you are returning an item because of an error on the part of our company or because it is damaged or defective  please contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receiving the item to notify us of the damage or fault. We will provide a freepost return label to you.

All items returned to us must include a copy of the sales receipt.

Items purchased from Discount Discs must be returned directly to Discount Discs and not to Amazon.co.uk.
