Hi,
Firstly, let me say that there was NOTHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER!
I guess that most of the time, people will email you complaining with
things such as "where is it" or " I didn't order this" etc.
I am just sending you this saying that I had not dealt with you
before so I was not knowing what to expect. I originally telephoned
wishing to place an order, but was told that it could only be done on
the internet due to card payments. I feel that many internet companies
are a bit slack, and offering a web-only shopping experience was not my
first choice of call, but I placed the order online anyway as you had
what I wanted.
Anyway, my parcel arrived yesterday as expected, on time, so
full marks there! The box was packed excellently with unmessy airbags
instead of shredded paper, and all was safely packed in a sturdy outer
box with clear labelling. The order inside was exact and the goods were
as expected, all in excellent quality and not damaged or from old stock.
Paperwork was perfect, and it was nice to note that when large
quantities of a product is ordered, someone takes the time to circle
around the quantity so that the risk of sending out the wrong amount is
reduced. I like the way you work there - You should be proud of your
business.
So many, many thanks for your superb service and I look forward
to dealing with you again. I've already recommended you to two people
just last night! Keep up the good work, and I look forward to ordering
again with you.
